Content strategist with 20 years of experience in production and team management, licensing and international co-production. She has worked as a content curator for television and festivals, and in creating media-education projects. She has coordinated international programmes such as Ibermedia TV, CPLP Audiovisual, DOC TV Latinoamérica, and has been part of the jury in several festivals such as the Ethnographic Film Festival, the International Children's Film Festival (FICI) and TAL Awards. Marina worked at Fundação Roberto Marinho as project coordinated, she was a production coordinator for several shows at Multishow Channel/Globo Group and executive manager for acquisition and international coproduction at TV Brasil/EBC. She has also worked as institutional manager at BRAVI and ICAB - Brazilian Audiovisual Content Institute. She has a degree in Literature and an MBA in Digital TV, Broadcasting and New Means of Electronic Communication. She is fluent in English, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
